Supplier invoices are issued once work has been signed off by you through the paid confirmation process. Offer your suppliers the option of express payment (within 2 days), or as per your pre-defined standard terms. On standard payment terms Paid pays your supplier once we have received funds.

The paid platform is highly configurable and can be set up to replicate your existing onboarding, contracting, receipting and payment processes in the way that works best for your company.
Paid sits on top of other ERP systems. We can integrate with most of these for an additional fee.
Our pricing varies depending on the volume of your transactions. For pay as you go structures, transaction fees are usually between 3-5%.
